We understand that the transfer of your mortgage to Bayview was probably unexpected. But you should know that it has nothing to do with you personally, and that the transfer of loans in the mortgage business is very commonplace.

The good news is that we specialize in loan servicing, and are committed to providing you with the very highest level of customer service.

Nothing will change with your loan terms

Your loan terms remain exactly the same. This includes your interest rate, monthly payment, and repayment schedule.

We’ll continue escrow arrangements

If you have an escrow account that was transferred to us, we’ll continue to make your tax and insurance payments.

We’ll honor any workout plan in place

If you had a loan modification plan, short sale, or repayment plan with your previous servicer, we’ll continue it.

We make paying your mortgage easy.

There are lots of convenient ways for you to begin making your mortgage payments to Bayview. Once the transfer process is complete, most customers register for online account access and make payments electronically. However,
there are many different payment methods available to you.

You may put your request in writing and include the payoff date so that we can correctly calculate the payoff statement. You may fax your request to 305-644-8102, or mail it to the address below. You may also request
a payoff statement by logging in or registering for an online account and clicking on “Request Payoff” in the left menu.
